In address book Operation Guide 25 COMMAND CENTER Pages groups, each entry has multiple addresses. When an address of a group is added, faxes are forwarded to all addresses registered in the group. Before adding an address from an address book, you have to register the address in the address book. For how to register an address in an address book, refer to Basic > Defaults > Address Book > Contacts on page 10 or Basic > Defaults > Address Book > Groups on page 11.
